Shauna Manion joined Nistler Law Office, s.c. in September, 2014, and practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and criminal defense. Prior to joining Nistler Law Office, s.c., Ms. Manion clerked for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D.C., working with small businesses, pass-throughs and special industries, before returning to her hometown of Milwaukee to begin private practice. Ms. Manion has represented clients in civil, felony and misdemeanor cases in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Ozaukee, Washington, and Jefferson Counties. Her trial experience includes the successful defense of a felony jury trial.
Ms. Manion obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010, earning degrees in History and Political Science and graduating with honors. She earned her law degree from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in 2013. During law school, Ms. Manion served as Editorial Board Articles Editor for the Penn State Law Review, where her Comment was selected for publication, and she earned the CALI Award in Insurance and Real Estate Transactions.
Ms. Manion is a member of the Association of Women Lawyers and the Milwaukee Bar Association, where she volunteers for Law Day.
